We accept three payments methods. Payments via our SagePay gateway, payments via PayPal and payments via Cheque.

SagePay  payments – We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard and Switch. All orders are positively credit card sanctioned prior to dispatch, so please ensure that the details you provide us with are correct. We cannot accept responsibility for an order being held back as a result of incorrect or invalid payment details being given. We require you to supply the registered address of the Credit Card holder, which is used to validate your order with your selected credit card company. Failure to supply the correct details will result in your order being held pending the supply of the correct details.

The total value of your order will be displayed on the order confirmation screen.

In the unlikely event that your payment card is used fraudulently to make a purchase with Marchant Dice Ltd, you the consumer, are entitled to cancel the said payment(s). If payment has already been made, you, the customer, are entitled in accordance with the standing Consumer Protection Distance Selling Regulation (2000), to a re-credit or to have all sums returned to you by the card issuer.

Please note that whichever payments method is used, goods will not be dispatched until payment has been made and is cleared unless otherwise agreed. For WorldPay and PayPal methods, this is usually instant.


All periods for despatch (lead time) and delivery expressed are approximate only. Your goods will not be despatched until all your goods are complete unless otherwise agreed. We will use all reasonable endeavours to effect despatch within the stipulated period.


At Marchant Dice Ltd we want you to be delighted each time you purchase or shop online with us. For this reason, our delivery and cancellation policy is simple. Return of Damaged or Faulty Goods

If the goods have been damaged during delivery, or appear to be faulty in any way upon delivery, please call us as soon as possible, using the process detailed below.


All software is non refundable.


Bespoke goods are any goods specifically personalised and/or tailored to your specifications.

Orders for bespoke goods cannot be cancelled or changed (once work has started on them).

Bespoke goods which are delivered as described and are in good condition may not be refunded. We reserve the right to charge for re-posting of bespoke goods returned in error.

We are not responsible for customer generated mistakes, errors or defects including spelling, typographical or grammar errors; poor image quality derived from low resolution images, order quantity, or other ordering errors. To prevent these errors from happening, please review your order carefully before submitting.

Faulty goods will be rectified free of charge. Any problems with any part of a bespoke order must be reported to us within 7 days of receipt. Please e-mail admin@marchantdice.com and we will contact you in regards to the fault and how to return the goods.


Please do not attempt to return goods to us without contacting us first, we will not accept any returns without authorisation!

Please have your purchase order number when you call. The goods should be returned to us at the customers expense unless otherwise agreed.All goods should be in the same condition you originally received them together with their original packaging. Please wrap the item securely for transit, using the manufacturer’s original packaging and remember to enclose your original despatch note (you may wish to keep a copy for your reference).


You have the right to cancel your within 7 days of your order or receipt of good, whichever is longer. Should you cancel your order with us you will receive a full refund. You must return your goods following the returns process above.


For all our customers on worldofcnc.com and our eBay customers we will add your email to our email newsletter database. This newsletter complies fully with spam laws and has a clear opt out policy and link.
