Working Area: 1600x900x150mm (12 meters/min) and 2 years in the making
(Advice, customer phones us nearly everyday)

Cost £1800gbp (cost saving due to purchasing off-cuts of steel)

Marchant Dice Products used:
X Axis: ISEL 25x10 Ballscrew and Housing, Ballscrew Support Blocks, BK and BF20, SJR-30C-RD Coupling.

Y Axis: ISEL 16x10 Ballscrew, Ballscrew Support Blocks BK and BF12, Coupling SJR-30C-RD, x2 Fully Supported Rails FTSN 16 G - W , x4 Open Flange Pillow Blocks assembled with LM16UUOP Linear Bearings TBR16,

Z Axis: MDL 16x5 Ballscrew, Ballscrew Support Blocks BK and BF 12, Coupling
SJR-30C-RD
Note: The Y axis, Fully Supported and Open Linear Bearings should not be mounted on the face of a gantry, always mount above and below! (Haydn is looking to fit our Hiwin Profile rails and carriages)
